The 480kW DC EV Fast Charger is designed for high-power commercial and public EV charging applications, including electric trucks, commercial fleets, logistics hubs and high-demand charging stations.
With a wide 200–1000V DC output range, dual CCS2 charging outlets and liquid-cooled charging cable configuration, the charger is suitable for modern high-voltage electric vehicles requiring fast and reliable DC charging.
The system features a 7-inch touch screen, RFID card activation, intelligent LED status indicators, flexible charging power distribution and comprehensive electrical protection. Its galvanized steel enclosure and IP54 protection rating support reliable indoor and outdoor operation.

For the current high-power project configuration, 600A-rated liquid-cooled CCS2 cable assemblies can be configured, while the charger output specification remains max. 500A per gun.
Wide Output Voltage Range
